If you have a support package, Our software should already be installed on your system as part of our remote monitoring and management package. Down in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, where you see the time/date, you will have a small icon with our logo on it (the cloud/mountain) click on this and select 'request support' This will create a ticket on our system and someone will contact you asap to resolve your issue.
Alternatively - Simply give us a call on 01629 325050 and we will create your ticket and arrange a time to connect or simply connect at that point dependant on the current workload.
If you don't have a support package with ourselves, we can still provide you support on an ad-hoc basis.
